Integrative Wellness Coaching is a personalized approach to achieving sustainable health behavior change. According to the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine, it is “affordable, evidence-based, technology-enabled, data-driven and outcomes-oriented.”2 Additionally, a Harvard Health article confirms its effectiveness in improving health and well-being, unlike passing health fads.3
The Process
The Zoë Wellness Stack guides the coaching process, helping you to:
- Gain deeper self-awareness through guided inquiry
- Craft a clear and inspiring wellness vision
- Set meaningful goals and action steps that address the root causes of your health challenges
- Build and maintain an accountability plan to support lasting behavior change
Coaching is delivered one-on-one via phone or video call, allowing you to receive personalized support at your convenience.
- Coaching periods are a minimum of 3 months (12 weeks)
- The coach initiates the telephone or video call
- Coaching resources will be shared throughout the coaching period, at no additional cost
- The coaching period includes a discovery first session (60-90 mins) and subsequent weekly of bi-weekly sessions (30mins)
